1. Introduction
Welcome to Hillstop Tour & Travels. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and use of our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
To confirm a booking, an advance payment is required as specified in your itinerary. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip or as agreed upon. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other standard methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies vary based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the trip start date:
- 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund of the advance amount.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the advance amount.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
4. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or political events may require changes. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and comfort of our guests.
5. Liability
Hillstop Tour & Travels acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of these third parties, or from events beyond our control (force majeure).
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for adhering to local laws and customs. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover potential risks.
